Site Factor Productions
A veteran-owned video production company built on the belief that stories carry weight—and that how you tell them matters just as much as why.

The Groundwork
Founded by Army veteran and filmmaker Pat Salas, Site Factor Productions exists at the intersection of discipline and art, truth and technique. Our work focuses on honest, emotionally grounded storytelling, often exploring themes of identity, trauma, resilience, and human connection. We don't chase trends or algorithms. We build narratives that stay with people.

Philosophy
Our approach to filmmaking is intentional and collaborative. For documentaries and narrative
projects, that means listening first—earning trust, understanding the subject, and allowing
the story to reveal itself naturally.
For music videos, our process is built around the music itself. We break songs down
lyrically, emotionally, and rhythmically, crafting visuals that serve the story within the
sound rather than forcing a concept on top of it. Each video is developed as a visual
extension of the artist's voice, not a template.

Services and Growth
In addition to original productions, Site Factor Productions offers analog-to-digital video
conversion services, helping preserve personal and historical media by transferring aging
formats into high-quality digital files. These projects are treated with the same care and
respect as our creative work—because memory, too, is a form of storytelling.
Whether working independently or assembling trusted crews, Site Factor Productions adapts to
the needs of each project while maintaining a consistent standard of integrity,
craftsmanship, and purpose.
